One project.
Shipped in weeks.

Cadence is an independent software studio. We take on the work your team keeps putting off — websites, internal tools, and AI you'll actually use — and ship it in weeks.

01What we believe

Five rules we won't bend.

Most agency promises soften the moment work starts. These are the ones we don't. They're in the proposal, the contract, and the way the week runs.

  1. 01

    Ship in weeks, not quarters.

If we can't deliver inside a quarter, we won't take the project. We'd rather pass than over-promise.

  2. 02

    Cut scope before quality.

The smaller version that ships beats the perfect version that doesn't. The first cut goes live; the second adds the rest.

  3. 03

    A working link every Friday.

Not a status doc. A real URL you can open, every week. If something slips, you hear about it on a Friday, never on a Monday.

  4. 04

    Fixed price. Fixed scope.

No change orders. No “let's just add this.” If the goalposts move, we replan together — but the price you sign is the price you pay.

  5. 05

AI is a tool, not a religion.

We use it where it earns its keep — search, drafting, classification, internal copilots. We say so plainly when it doesn't.

02Engagements

Three shapes of work. Pick what fits.

Every engagement starts with a 20-minute call. Below is the shape it usually takes from there — pace, rhythm, and what's in or out.

04How a week looks

Steady. Small. Visible.

The same rhythm every week of every engagement. No mystery, no Monday surprises. Here's what a working week looks like with us.

  1. Mon
    step · 01

    Shape

We pick the one thing this week is for. Write it down in a sentence.

  2. Tue
    step · 02

    Make

Heads-down build. You see commits, not status emails.

  3. Wed
    step · 03

    Show

30-min working session. We demo. You decide. We adjust.

  4. Thu
    step · 04

    Polish

Performance, accessibility, edge cases. The unsexy weight.

  5. Fri
    step · 05

    Ship

A real URL by EOD. What we did, what's next, what we cut.

What clients say — in their words.

01 / 02Brand · Web · AI tools
We'd been talking about a new website for years. Cadence scoped it on a Monday and shipped it two weeks later. Our catalog is finally getting found on search, and our parts desk uses the AI tools every single day.

They take a fuzzy problem and walk out of the first call with a real plan. They cut what didn't matter and built exactly what we needed. We've shipped things we'd been stuck on for months.

06Put it in writing

Five things we'll put on paper.

Every engagement comes with the same short page of guarantees. They're not aspirations. They're what we sign.

Cadence StudioSigned at the start of every project
  1. G · 01

    A free 20-minute call.

No prep on your side. No sales funnel on ours. By the end, you'll know whether we're a fit, what we'd build first, and what it would cost.

  2. G · 02

    A fixed price, in writing.

One page. One number. One launch date. Sent within a week of the call, with a one-week deadline on our end.

  3. G · 03

    A working URL every Friday.

Not a status doc, not a deck. A real link you can open, every week of the engagement. If something slips, you hear about it on a Friday.

  4. G · 04

    No change orders. Ever.

If the scope shifts, we replan together — but the price you sign is the price you pay. No mid-project invoices, no “while we're at it.”

  5. G · 05

    You own all of it.

Code, infra, accounts, docs. At launch we hand it all over. You can keep building without us, or keep us close.

07Q & A

Things people ask us first.

If yours isn't here, the fastest way to get an answer is to book a call. We reply to email within a business day.

  1. Every project gets a fixed price in writing within a week of the first call — one number, one launch date, no change orders. We don't put rates on the site because every engagement is different. The 20-minute call is the fastest way to get a real number.
