    A free 20-minute call.

    • You tell us what you're trying to build — even if it's still vague.
    • We ask the questions that shape the work.
    • By the end you'll know whether we're a fit, what we'd build first, and roughly what it would cost.
    • If we're not a fit, we usually know someone who is.
  2. 02Proposal

    A short proposal.

    1 page · 1 week
    • One page. Fixed plan, fixed price, a real launch date.
    • Real numbers we'll hit, not adjectives.
    • Sent within a week of the call, with a one-week window to sign.
    • The price you sign is the price you pay. No surprise charges.
  3. 03Build

    We build, in the open.

    2 – 8 weeks
    • We get to work — same routine every week.
    • A working link every Friday — a real website you can open, not a status email.
    • If something slips, you hear about it on a Friday, never on a Monday.
    • Decisions in your chat, not in a separate project tool.
  4. 04Launch

    We launch and hand off.

    30 days post
    • Launch quietly first, then flip the switch when it's clean.
    • Thirty days of fixes and small changes after launch.
    • Handoff: every account, every password, every doc. You own it all.
    • Stay close on a small monthly plan, or take it from here. Either is fine.
